I have spent the last 17 years in the Broadcast and Communication industry.   I started with a broadcast design internship and worked my way to becoming a Design Director in 2005.  I’ve tried to stay true to my core beliefs, learn from my experiences and continue to learn.  I am the host and producer of this podcast discussing my interests and motivations in marketing, design, self-defense, science, and health.

I train in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Kali and firearms and have competed in both MMA and grappling tournaments.  Not all the time gracefully or successfully, but hell I tried.

I owe a huge thank you to our community of early adopters for joining me on this awesome journey, and I hope that you’ll continue to be a part of our story.
