#013 with guest Tiffany Simon. Tiffany Simon started her "Raising Ralph" blog to help bring awareness to Autism after her son Ralph was diagnosed with Autism at age two. With April being Autism Awareness Month Tiffany was an amazing guest to have on to speak, bring awareness and provide insight about autism and the importance of early diagnosis. Autism is treatable. Children do not "outgrow" autism, but studies have shown that early diagnosis are intervention lead to significantly improved outcomes.

#009 with guest Brooks and Amy Brinson.  OmFloat is mediation spa facility via sensory deprivation tank of floatation tank.  Float tanks for me have been the best environment for the deepest forms of meditation.  I would highly recommend looking into your local float center or research the benefits of floating.  Brooks also specializes in mental training for athletes and has taught a the Olympic Training Center.
